This azalia is from  my front garden.

This week it has been hot, here in Northern Victoria and the farmer harvested the oat crop, bailed it and staked the bales,  doing most of the work at night in the cool to minimise fire risk.
It has been one of the best oat harvests in years.

The drying heat is creating beautiful bark pictures on the eucalyptus.

Indigo is making sure she has the seat nearest the fan.  She is sporting a dreadful home made hair cut but at least she is cool.
