I am not sure if I am mad or just crazy. I have had a week at half pace with my exercise. Swimming is aggravating the lipoma in my back and my arthritic foot isn't letting me run so I am thinking of turning up at a gym on Tuesday morning and finding out what they charge for classes and if I can afford the casual rates. I might find an exercise I can do right now without it hurting me. Reg will 'flip' I know, more expense, fair enough too..But if I don't ask I won't know.  I have been eating a little too much as well this last week.  The emotional, eating, because of medical problems, surfacing again and slowing me down.

Right at the time when I am less active, I choose to eat a few more calories, foolish of me.  I find it far better to try to find a way to get active and to feel positive about my body again than to focus on cutting calories. I know once I am feeling better I will have no trouble maintaining a healthier eating pattern.

This is my way of ‘doing things’ in preference to reading apidexin reviews.  I went on line and found a great sounding women’s gym in Innisfail with a fitness class at 9.30 am every morning I think I would be able to attend. That is about when Reg gets back from fishing.  I just, ‘hinted’ at the idea, to himJ, break it to him gently.

I have brought several boxes of small gift cards with us on this tour, to pack and hopefully sell. I have been so busy bush walking running on the beach, swimming and writing plus a little painting these are still in the box and have never been put out on show.

I also brought many fitness and art books to read and I have not had time to look at these yet either.  Lol, J, I will. I will arrive at one location and stay there long enough to lounge in the hammock with a book and read about lol, J why I should be being active.

I used to own both a quality treadmill and an elliptical. I think the ellipticals are more affordable than the treadmill I owned, and I would love something like that when I am back at the summer studio and it’s harder to get outside to train.

I know me, lol, I would be buying another book and probably not getting time to read it again.

WOWWWW I am having fun here at Phillip Island this week. I am inspired and commitment to fitting my exercise activity into my sedentary creative lifestyle and achieving the balance I need.

I even took some ‘before’, stripped down to shorts and bra, show the fat I still need to lose, photos, so I would be highly focussed on SAYING  GOODBYE/GOOD RIDDANCE to my last lingering occasional sedentary days or tucking into larger serves of food, than I need that have been holding me back.

I am going to think LEAN/FIT/HEALTHY & STRONG… because I am ready to make 2010 my year to achieve my slim, ideal goal weight. I am ready for change.

I use before photos to remind myself why I am making the effort to portion control healthy eating and set aside time every day to exercise when I so easily could say, ‘I am too busy’.

Sometimes when I have time on my hands, I do a clothing wardrobe sort, try on clothes that don’t fit yet, or are baggy now and remind myself of what I am achieving and why it is going to be so very worth the effort of sticking to my new healthy lifestyle, action plan.

This week I have been swimming each day, walking on the beach and going for short sprints. I began by doing 100-meter sprints and yesterday I managed two x 200 meter sprints and one 400-meter sprint. It was EXHILLARATING J  

On Saturday, we move inland to the fern gully rainforest area of Gippsland, so today is my last chance to use the beach as my treadmill.

It is still hard for me to visualize myself at my goal weight. Yet I know if I am consistent and do what I am doing each day now, I will achieve it, so I just take one day at a time and do today’s action plan to get myself to a shorter time, mini goal, one I know I can achieve.

I have joined the Michelle Bridges, Body Transformation 2010 http://www.12wbt.com so I have the advantage now of on line coaching as part of a group of over 1000 strong minded people committed to improving their fitness. There is a positive professionally guided forum in the site and it is abuzz with information and enthusiasm all of which will help me complete my own joyful fitness journey.

I decided I was going to have a one-hour workout, beginning with a power walk as warm up then I would do my weight workout followed by some mat exercise, crunches and superman.

I got as far as Lake Dorothy, I wish I had had the camera with me, but the image of the sunset is fixed in my mind and I have rushed home to paint it, here in the studio.  Then I will re do my warm up and weight exercises, shower and off to bed, late but very satisfies with my evening’s work.

Well I hope to be back ‘in’, here with something to show for my effort J

I not only got a full 8 hours sleep but I got an extra one hour to catch up on some of the short fall this week and I am making a BIG weight drop right now, making up for the very long weight stall and verifying what my gym told me, 'build muscle first, then the fat will come off and you will after an initial weight gain from building muscle, start to seee the scales move down again'. :-).  It is happening, natures own metabolism boooster, a few extra kilo of muscle added on and knowing I am helping to strengthen my bone density by my weight work as well as my healthy eating plan..

I have exceeded my Australia Day challenge weight loss goal, to lose 3 kilo after Christmas by January 24th. I don't plan to update the weights until Friday my weigh in day, so I can see the one week result in one go, I think it's going to be my second big weigh loss week in a row,  lol, (instant success ) after three years of hard work exercising and eating well. Great weight release results in year one, weight stall, year two, muscle and weight giain while still slimming most of year three, NOW Suddenly, the last of the excess body fat weight is coming off FAST.  :-).
